I SO wanted this quilt kit! I had sworn off kits after two bad experiences (inferior fabrics and material shortages), but I could not stop looking at this collection. As well, for a simple pattern, I thought it had great impact and contrast. However, it was not cheap.
So, I waited and thought… and listed some things on eBay, and after a month or so, I had enough to order it. I had seen some of the fabrics from this collection in stores, but none of my local shops had the actual kit. This was important because I HAD to have that adorable tote it came with.
Kimberly at the Fat Quarter Shoppe still had this in stock, and shipped it in her usual fast and professional manner. She even enclosed a freebie – the adorable drawstring bag of mixed scraps, some in corduroy. (Website is listed in my links.)
Oh yes, this is gonna be fun.

Well…you’re not TOO weak, as I see the fabric has NOT been fondled yet. :p

Fondled… just not ravaged.

You didn’t let them fall to the floor and then roll all over them?
